I love Dolvett Quince, he is one of the personal trainers from the hit t.v. show Biggest Loser. I love his smile and so it led me to request his book for Christmas 2014. I read the bio and it really spoke to me, but I admit I did not do the diet program or workout plan until 2015. I just completed the 21 day program. I did not complete the workouts because I generally work out on my own. The 21 day menu plan introduced me to some new meals and meal ideas. Spinach Chips! Yes!
I think my love for him pushed me to finish it more than anything, let me be honest! However, I gained some great things - tips, recipes, discipline, resistance for things I thought I could not live without. Here is my review:

Pros: exercises included, menu and grocery list included, smoothie recipes, healthy tips, encouraging words, the entire day including snacks is planned for you, it teaches you to prepare your meals ahead of time, the cravings disappeared for sugar after a few days, FRENCH TOAST! The workouts are great- I like the timed intervals. There are also images of how to execute each exercise appropriately and safely.
Cons: I'd prefer a menu complete with food and snacks day by day to print (SLACKER ALERT!), I did not like flipping through pages to find the recipe of the item and going back to menu day, I created my own 21 day menu that took me days to compile, the shopping list missed some items on days I got to make the recipe, If it is a shopping list I wanted everything included, it took me a lot longer in the grocery store to shop because I had no idea what some of the stuff was (that is not his fault though and I am glad to be introduced to many of them)
